Guy Slocombe is Chief Investment Officer at the Hyde Group where he is responsible for a £2bn programme of multi tenure housing development and an equivalent sum of partnership and JVinvestment from private capital institutions and Government grants. He was previously CEO of Clarenco who bought and regenerated the Solent Forts and prior to that spent 25 years in consultancy in the City of London, primarily with Nelson Bakewell (now part of Capita) and latterly as a partner at Drivers Jonas (now part of Deloitte). Guy is a Chartered Surveyor and has an MSc in Real Estate Investment from the Bayes Business School.
